William R. “Bill” Palmer

Bill has owned Guaranty Title since 1982.  Bill began his career as a prosecutor for Bexar County, then he moved into private practice.  Later he served as the County Court at Law Judge for Kendall County from 2001 until January 2017 and later served as the 451st District Court Judge until 2018.  He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is board certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Additionally, he is a former member of the Hill Country Family Services Board of Directors and the Rainbow Senior Center Board of Directors. Bill received a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Texas State University, Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University Law School.
