Our role in the real estate transaction is that of a neutral third party who facilitates the transfer of property from seller to buyer.  We ensure that all parties abide by the terms set forth in the purchase agreement, adhere to lender instructions and assist parties to address any issues prior to the closing and transfer of title.  At Guaranty Title of Boerne, we are committed to providing Title Insurance to meet your specific needs all while complying with state regulations.

There are two types of policies:

• Owner’s Title Insurance (T1 or T1-R) which protects ownership rights for as long as you or your heirs have an interest in the property.
• Lender’s Title Insurance (T2) which protects the lender’s financial interest in the property.
